Yani ekran ba\u015f\u0131nda yanma\/batma ya\u015fayan herkes i\u00e7in ilk \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm mavi \u0131\u015f\u0131k filtresi olmayabilir (Cochrane, 2023; American Academy of Ophthalmology [AAO], 2025).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, ak\u015fam ge\u00e7 saatlerde yo\u011fun ekran maruziyeti olan ki\u015filerde uyku d\u00fczeni a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u0131\u015f\u0131k y\u00f6netimi \u00f6nemlidir. Burada da tek ba\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6zl\u00fckten \u00e7ok; ekran s\u00fcresini azaltma, parlakl\u0131k ayar\u0131 ve uyku hijyeni stratejileri daha belirleyici olur (Harvard Health Publishing, 2024; AAO, 2025).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mavi I\u015f\u0131k Filtreli G\u00f6zl\u00fck Tam Olarak Ne Yapar?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Bu camlar, g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr spektrumun mavi band\u0131ndaki \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 filtreler. Ama\u00e7; ekran kaynakl\u0131 parlama\/rahats\u0131zl\u0131k alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak ve baz\u0131 kullan\u0131c\u0131lar i\u00e7in ak\u015fam saatlerinde g\u00f6rsel konfor sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Ancak bu etki ki\u015fiden ki\u015fiye de\u011fi\u015fir ve \u201ckesin fayda\u201d olarak genellenemez (Cochrane, 2023).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kimler \u0130\u00e7in Mant\u0131kl\u0131 Olabilir?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n  <li><strong>Ak\u015fam\/gece yo\u011fun ekran kullananlar:<\/strong> \u00d6zellikle uykuya yak\u0131n saatlerde ekran parlakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na hassas ki\u015filerde yard\u0131mc\u0131 bir ara\u00e7 olabilir.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Parlama hassasiyeti ya\u015fayanlar:<\/strong> Baz\u0131 kullan\u0131c\u0131lar subjektif konfor art\u0131\u015f\u0131 bildirebilir.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Kurumsal ekran \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131:<\/strong> Davran\u0131\u015fsal \u00f6nlemlerle birlikte (mola, ortam \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131, font d\u00fczeni) destekleyici olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Buradaki kritik ifade \u201cyard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir\u201ddir; birincil \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak de\u011fil, b\u00fct\u00fcnsel ekran hijyeninin par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirmek daha do\u011frudur (AAO, 2025; Harvard Health Publishing, 2024).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kimler \u0130\u00e7in Mant\u0131kl\u0131 De\u011fil?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n  <li><strong>\u201cEkran yorgunlu\u011funu tek ba\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6zer\u201d beklentisi olanlar<\/strong><\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Numara ihtiyac\u0131\/astigmat\/kuruluk gibi temel sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmeden<\/strong> yaln\u0131zca filtreye y\u00f6nelenler<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>\u201cG\u00f6z hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kesin \u00f6nler\u201d d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle<\/strong> \u00fcr\u00fcn alanlar<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Cochrane\u2019in 2023 sistematik derlemesi, k\u0131sa vadede mavi \u0131\u015f\u0131k filtreli camlar\u0131n dijital g\u00f6z yorgunlu\u011fu semptomlar\u0131n\u0131 belirgin bi\u00e7imde azaltmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirmektedir.
