Oysa tahtay\u0131 net g\u00f6rememe, sat\u0131r atlama, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, g\u00f6z yorgunlu\u011fu ve odaklanma zorlu\u011fu gibi belirtiler; \u00e7ocu\u011fun okuma h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131, anlama performans\u0131n\u0131 ve s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7i kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkileyebilir. Erken fark edilen g\u00f6rme sorunlar\u0131 i\u00e7in do\u011fru muayene ve uygun d\u00fczeltme, akademik i\u015flevi belirgin bi\u00e7imde destekler (AAO, 2024a; CDC, 2024).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00d6nemli not: G\u00f6rme sorunlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fcyle birlikte bulunabilir; ancak tek ba\u015f\u0131na t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frenme problemlerinin nedeni de\u011fildir. Bu nedenle \u00e7ocuklarda de\u011ferlendirme, g\u00f6z sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 + e\u011fitimsel\/psikolojik boyutun birlikte ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok disiplinli bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r (AAO, 2024b; AAPOS, n.d.-a).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Okul Performans\u0131n\u0131 En S\u0131k Etkileyen G\u00f6rme Problemleri<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n  <li><strong>K\u0131rma kusurlar\u0131:<\/strong> Miyopi, hipermetropi, astigmat<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Binok\u00fcler g\u00f6rme sorunlar\u0131:<\/strong> G\u00f6zlerin birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma\/odak s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Amblyopi (g\u00f6z tembelli\u011fi) riskleri:<\/strong> Erken d\u00f6nemde ka\u00e7arsa kal\u0131c\u0131 etki b\u0131rakabilir<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>\u015ea\u015f\u0131l\u0131k:<\/strong> G\u00f6rsel konforu ve stereopsis geli\u015fimini etkileyebilir<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Ekran ili\u015fkili g\u00f6z yorgunlu\u011fu\/kuruluk:<\/strong> Uzun yak\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sonras\u0131 artabilir<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>AAO ve CDC, \u00e7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6rme taramalar\u0131n\u0131n ve gerekti\u011finde kapsaml\u0131 g\u00f6z muayenesinin bu sorunlar\u0131n erken yakalanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kritik oldu\u011funu vurgular (AAO, 2024c; CDC, 2024).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ailelerin Dikkat Etmesi Gereken Uyar\u0131 \u0130\u015faretleri<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n  <li>Tahtay\u0131 g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in k\u0131sma, \u00f6ne e\u011filme veya yer de\u011fi\u015ftirme iste\u011fi<\/li>\r\n  <li>Okurken sat\u0131r atlama, parmakla takip etme ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131<\/li>\r\n  <li>S\u0131k ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, g\u00f6z ovu\u015fturma, \u00e7abuk yorulma<\/li>\r\n  <li>Yak\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmadan ka\u00e7\u0131nma, \u00f6dev s\u00fcresinin uzamas\u0131<\/li>\r\n  <li>Bir g\u00f6z\u00fc kapatarak bakma veya ba\u015f\u0131 e\u011fik tutma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/li>\r\n  <li>Okul notlar\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klanamayan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>\u201cDerse odaklanm\u0131yor\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fcnen bir\u00e7ok \u00e7ocukta, \u00f6nce \u201cg\u00f6rme net mi?\u201d sorusu sorulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\r\n<cite>T\u00fcrk Optisyenlik Akademisi<\/cite>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tarama m\u0131, Kapsaml\u0131 Muayene mi?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>G\u00f6rme taramas\u0131<\/strong> (okul\/pediatri) riskli \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 ay\u0131klamak i\u00e7in ilk ad\u0131md\u0131r; tan\u0131 koymaz. Taramada \u015f\u00fcphe varsa <strong>kapsaml\u0131 g\u00f6z muayenesi<\/strong> gerekir. AAPOS politika metinleri, taramay\u0131 ge\u00e7emeyen \u00e7ocuklarda kapsaml\u0131 muayenenin t\u0131bben gerekli oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtir (AAPOS, n.d.-b; CDC, 2024).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>USPSTF \u00f6nerileri do\u011frultusunda, \u00f6zellikle 3\u20135 ya\u015fta en az bir kez g\u00f6rme taramas\u0131 ambliyopi ve risk fakt\u00f6rlerini yakalamada \u00f6nemlidir (CDC, 2014; CDC, 2019).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d6\u011frenme G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve Disleksi Konusunda Do\u011fru Bilinen Yanl\u0131\u015f<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Disleksi, temel olarak dil temelli bir \u00f6\u011frenme g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fcd\u00fcr; do\u011frudan bir \u201cg\u00f6z bozuklu\u011fu\u201d de\u011fildir. Yine de her \u00e7ocukta g\u00f6rme problemi d\u0131\u015flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.
